Maven Homes and our development partner entered into an option agreement with the land owner to redevelop this backland site for a bespoke single dwelling.
The option agreement was entered into after an earlier application by a different developer was refused at appeal.
Our in-house planning consultancy acted as lead consultant on the project, managing the team of professionals to deliver planning permission for a similar amount of floorspace as previously refused.
Planning permission was granted in 2014 and work is programmed to start in summer 2015.
